From scope to turnover
Scope
We review drawings, specifications and schedule, then confirm crew size, rates and site requirements in writing.
Mobilize
Insurance, site access and safety orientation are handled before day one. Travel and lodging are on us.
Execute
Our leads run the work face, with daily coordination and a weekly report of hours and progress.
Turn over
Testing, punch list closure and documentation, so the system is ready for commissioning.
